Before moving into event organising, he worked in a key position for an American-German joint venture in the machinery manufacturing sector, overseeing decision-making for over 250 event participations worldwide and the sales and marketing strategy for these events. Until his recent takeover of ALUMINIUM, he led the 2 machinery manufacturing events ICE Europe and CCE International. Herman is committed to strengthening ALUMINIUM as a global platform for collaboration, innovation, and progress across business, science, and politics.
