The Women With Metal Awards celebrates the women, and their champions, across the global aluminium industry. Their accomplishments, big or small, loud or quiet, deserve recognition, as they better the industry and pave the way for generations to come.
The 2026 award ceremony will be held in partnership with Women With Metal, the UK Aluminium Federation (ALFED) and Aluminium International Today and takes place on the first day of ALUMINIUM 2026 in Düsseldorf, 6 October, at the ALUMINIUM Conference stage in Hall 3.

The Women With Metal Awards FAQ
Any individual can nominate themselves or an individual / company.
Most categories refer to an individual, with the exception of the WWM Champion – Company, referring to a company. All nominations must be from within the global aluminium sector.
Once nominations close, the Jury will review the nominations. The Jury will vote on each category to select the shortlist of finalists.
The Women With Metal Winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony at ALUMINIUM 2026 Dusseldorf, on the first day 6 October 2026
