Entschlossen verweigert sich Savage, der Bar einen Namen zu geben. Stattdessen sind drei klassische Design-Symbole das Logo der Trinkstätte in Dalston: ein gelbes Quadrat, ein rotes Viereck, ein blauer Kreis. Am meisten wurmt den sympathischen Franzosen dabei, dass es kein Gelbes-Dreieck-Emoji gibt. Das erschwert auf komische Weise die Kommunikation. Der Instagram Account lautet: a_bar_with_shapes-for_a_name und anderenorts tauchen die Begriffe ‘Savage Bar’ oder eben ‚Bauhaus Bar‘ auf.

 

Für den BCB bringt Savage nun sein Barkonzept mit und mixt für uns mit Unterstützung von Russian Standard Vodka an der perfekten Bar dazu.

 

 

 

 

Patrick Herman, a recognised expert in trade fair management, has taken over the leadership of the world's leading ALUMINIUM trade fair, organised by RX Global. As the new Event Director, he not only brings extensive experience to the role but also a commitment to injecting fresh ideas into this already highly successful event. His aim is to further develop ALUMINIUM's position as a "driver for cooperation and progress".

With over 20,000 visitors and more than 800 exhibitors, the trade fair is one of the largest and most influential events in the industry. Currently, 80% of the space for the upcoming edition in October 2026 has already been secured. Patrick Herman faces the exciting challenge of continuing this success story while introducing innovative concepts to meet the complex demands of the global aluminium industry. 

New inspiration for ALUMINIUM under trusted leadership 

ALUMINIUM remains the flagship event for the global aluminium industry, consistently standing for innovation and collaboration. With Patrick Herman, an experienced event specialist, a new leader steps into its management. His professional background is closely tied to industrial manufacturing, being responsible for ICE Europe and CCE International, which specialise in paper, film, and corrugated board processing and finishing.

Prior to this, he spent over a decade at a German-American joint venture developing and producing machinery for industrial marking technologies and consumables for the global production sector. Patrick Herman brings considerable expertise derived from the strategic planning and participation in over 250 international events across North America and Asia.

"The transition to ALUMINIUM presented me with the opportunity to immerse myself in a dynamic industry while further enhancing my professional background," explains Patrick Herman regarding his new role. The sector's global significance and active engagement with today's significant challenges make it particularly appealing to him.
