1. Complete your exhibitor profile

1. Please complete your exhibitor profile for the print Show Guide and the online exhibitor list. Note the fill level, which is displayed as a percentage in the top left. When editing your profile, you can see from the yellow frames which information is still missing to reach 100% fill level.

Notes:
- Please complete your exhibitor profile in German and English, to bring your fill percentage up to 100% and to increase the engagement potential of the visitors with your profile. You can find this drop-down list "Translations" on the top right of your profile.

- As a returning exhibitor, you have the option of importing the data from the previous event into your exhibitor profile.

- You have the possibility to add further persons via the "Company administrators" section. They can manage your exhibitor profile together with you.

Attention: Deadline for the Show Guide entry (print): August 15th, 2024

 

2. Product category selections for Print Show Guide and manage orders in Online Service Center

Click on the "Manual" tile for following options:

Show Guide area - product categories

1. Please select in the OSC your product categories for your profile in the Print Show Guide (Five product categories are included in the bronze marketing package).

2. Please select the application industries which are suitable for your company.

3. Please upload your print logo in the OSC (JPG/TIF/EPS, 300dpi, CMYK color mode) for the print show guide.

If you have problems with uploading the print logo please send it to [email protected] with the mentioned features.

Service tool area - orders

Available from 6th February

1. Please place your orders for the trade show appearance in the service tool area. Please note the respective order deadlines. 

 

3. Manage badges and tickets in the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC)

        Available mid-July

        Within the Online Service Center (OSC) click on "tickets & badges" for the following Options:

        1. Invite your customers to the exhibition.

        2. Order exhibitor passes for your stand personnel and assign them.
