For the ALUMINIUM 2024, two types of tickets are available: 1-day ticket and 3-day ticket

Yes, there is a box office where tickets can be purchased on site.

The following payment methods are available online: MasterCard and VISA as credit cards, PayPal, and Klarna.

§ 312b paragraph 3 of the German Civil Code precludes the return of tickets just as it precludes the revocation of a contract. Please find further information in the General Terms and Conditions.

After purchasing the tickets and registering, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information and a link to download the VISA letter. There are no invitation letters on request.

Yes, bags and rucksacks are permitted, but no glass bottles or containers or sharp objects. We reserve the right to  to conduct inspections.

A shuttle will run continuously between 7:00-22:30 for P1 and the South and Hall 6 entrances. 

The information display on the buses shows the respective stops in the order in which they are approached from the respective starting points.

The preliminary technical invoices from Messe Düsseldorf are accurate and cover technical connections, electricity, and additional services. The original invoices were sent on July 1st, and the first reminder was issued on July 31st.

After ordering and personalising an exhibitor pass, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket as a PDF and a link where you can download the VISA letter. There are no invitation letters on request.

The Online Service Centre supports you in your preparations for the upcoming trade fair.

In the service tool, you can order services for trade fair preparation, download advertising banners and fill out your profile for the Print Show Guide.

The banners for advertising trade fair participation can be downloaded from the Online Service Centre in the Downloads section.

Parking tickets can be ordered via the Online Service Centre.

You can access our Exhibitor Service Centre in the Exhibitor Hub via the Tickets/Passes button. 

The Exhibitor Service Centre supports you in preparing your trade fair appearance. You can invite customers, register your staff and manage your invitations there.

You can order and personalise exhibitor passes in our Exhibitor Service Centre.

The ALUMINIUM Night is our exhibitor and partner exclusive evening event, which we are in collaboration with TRIMET. The celebration will take place on 8 October on the ‘Ocean Diva’. Further information can be found here.

Tickets for the ALUMINIUM Night can be purchased at the Exhibitor Service Centre.

VIP tickets can be purchased at the Exhibitor Service Centre.

Do something good for your customers and invite them to the trade fair free of charge! 

Via the "Invite visitors" function, you can invite a large number of your customers to the event using individual voucher codes (you can choose between permanent passes and VIP tickets). As another invitation option, you can use your personal promocode (see green header).

This service remains free of charge, both for the exhibitor and for the visitors.

A shuttle will run continuously between 7:00-22:30 for P1 and the South and Hall 6 entrances. 

The information display on the buses will show the relevant stops in the order in which they are approached from the respective starting points.

 

For the exhibitor evening on 8 October, there will also be a shuttle to the landing stage of the ship. The shuttle to P1 will remain in operation for longer - items of clothing from the cloakroom at the entrance to Hall 6 will be taken to the entrance to Hall South.
