Two strong partners for ALUMINIUM

Düsseldorf

With Quartz Business Media and the CRU Group, the world's leading trade fair has two new partners at its side who will bring well-founded and highly topical content to the fair.

A few weeks ago, the ALUMINIUM team was already able to announce its partnership with ACAM. The Aachen Center for Additive Manufacturing on the campus of RWTH Aachen University is one of the most important research and development centers for additive manufacturing. Visitors to the show will benefit from ACAM's enormous know-how as part of the "Innovation Plaza Additive & Digital Manufacturing". Now we can announce with some pride two more great partners.

Sustainable with CRU Group

New is the official partnership with CRU Group. The London-based business intelligence company offers, among other things, the most in-depth analysis in the field of aluminum. This partnership, too, is the result of a long-standing relationship that has now been merged into one of solidarity: The experts from the CRU Group will play a key role in determining the program of the "Sustainability Plaza".

Dominic Halahan, CRU Events’ portfolio director says, “With RX’s leading aluminium exhibition and CRU’s 50+ years of market analysis experience, this partnership will give senior decision-makers from the commercial and technical space an opportunity to meet in one place, to see cutting edge world class technical developments from leading exhibitors, and gain unique insights from the objective market perspectives of leading thought leaders in the commercial sector.”

Digital with Quartz Business Media

RX has already had a very close content relationship with our colleagues at Quartz Business Media for years. And this now leads to a real partnership: The British trade media house, which among other things publishes "Aluminium International Today", will also play a major role in the "Innovation Plaza Additive & Digital Manufacturing" at ALUMINIUM. Here, the diverse and above all new technical possibilities offered by 3D printing of aluminium will be on display.

“On behalf of the Aluminium International Today team, I am honoured and excited to help bring the new Innovation Plaza to life at this year's ALUMINIUM Show”, says Editor & Content Director Nadine Bloxsome. “Aluminium International Today is a leading global publication for the whole value chain, but in recent years, we have worked to create more content dedicated to highlighting the challenges behind implementing Industry 4.0 and digital manufacturing solutions. This new Innovation Plaza, with a focus on Additive and Digital Manufacturing, is therefore the perfect place to present this industry knowledge, host diverse discussions and examine technological case studies working to streamline aluminium manufacturing processes. We look forward to meeting with everyone and hosting this exciting new element at the ALUMINIUM Show.”

Long-term partnerships

Malte Seifert, the project manager of the world's leading trade fair, is particularly pleased that the two partnerships will not be limited to 2022: "We were able to conclude long-term contracts with both Quartz Business Media and the CRU Group. This allows us to ensure that the valuable knowledge of these two institutions will continue to be available to ALUMINIUM."
